Payment
Full payment to be made (including a deposit of £500) before the rental commences, unless monthly credit facilities have been agreed. We accept most Credit Cards. Please Note: Drivers aged 21-24 require a deposit of £800.
Fuel
Fuel to be paid by renter. Any oil added will be paid by Hunter Vehicles.
Rental Period
All customers MUST advise Hunter Vehicles if the rental is to be extended so the correct insurance cover can be arranged.
Operators Licence
Vehicles over 3500Kg GVW require the renter to hold an Operator’s Licence and to use the Tachograph fitted to the vehicle. All traffic offences / Penalty Charge Notice / London Emission’s Zone / Congestion Charges are the renter’s full responsibility.

Returns of Vehicles
All customers MUST advise Hunter Vehicles if the rental is to be extended so the correct insurance cover can be arranged.
Damage
Any damage to the vehicle to be covered by the renters own comprehensive insurance or they may take out Hunter Vehicle’s insurance and pay the collision damage waiver. The renter will pay a contribution of £500 towards any loss or damage to the vehicle when rented on Hunter Vehicle’s insurance. Please Note: Drivers aged 21-24 will pay a contribution of £800
Note: Overhead damage, insecure loads, tyre & suspension damage, broken mirrors and windscreen damage are the renter’s responsibility.
Breakdowns
Our vehicles are fully serviced but in the unlikely event of a breakdown, full details will be found in the cab of your rental vehicle and on the Rental documentation.
